헤이가글 상품은 직사광선이 닿지않는 상온(1~30도)에 보관하여 주시기 바랍니다.

헤이가글 성분 중 자일리톨 성분이 영하의 기온에서 고체화되며 액체 속 이물질처럼 눈에 보일 수 있습니다.

또한, 직사광선에 장시간 노출될 경우 투명색의 가글에서 미색을 띨 수 있습니다.

위 사항으로 변형된 제품에 대해서는 사용하는데 문제가 없으며 인체에 무해합니다.

* 고객의 부주의로 직사광선 및 저온에 장시간 노출되어 제품의 변형이 발생하였을시에는 교환/반품이 불가한 점 양해부탁드립니다.
